Food Blogger's Wishlist: Canon at Best Buy

When I first began blogging, I used an old Canon Point and Shoot.  The camera did what it was supposed to do- take photos.  In the years since then, I started taking blogging much more seriously and a few years ago, I decided to take the leap and bought a Canon Rebel T2i (DSLR).  With a DSLR, you have greater control over the quality of your images.  You manually set the shutter speed, the aperture and with investing in lenses, your photography goes to a different level.  Quality photography is an important part of photography and with readers being visual, it's worth it to invest in a quality camera.  

I am a huge fan of Canon cameras.  They are VERY user friendly and lightweight.  They are also affordable.  I've had mine for many years now and it's still going strong.  Since the T2i came out, Canon has introduced many new bodies to the Rebel line and they all have stellar reviews.  

The current model in the Rebel line is the T5i. 

The T5i has amazing HD video capabilities that also has continuous autofocus.  I am interested in vlogging and the HD video would be amazing for it. 

The T5i also has a 3" vari-angle touch screen.  My T2i's screen is fixed and there is no touch screen.  

The camera also has 18 megapixels which produces crystal clear images.  

As always, Canon has brought it with another stellar model to the Rebel line.
