With the holidays here, it's so easy to get wrapped up in the madness and feel overwhelmed. Between my day job and Em's schedule, I feel like there isn't enough time in each day and am spinning my wheels. It feels like there's so much to do and not enough time to do it all.
Today's post is all about finding ways to find time to enjoy more simple moments.
I am constantly feeling like I am pulled in a thousand different directions. I need to do laundry, cook, clean, give my child a shower, clean out closets, yada yada yada and I feel a lot like Rihanna...

Let's not forget about holiday events. It's quite a bit to do and not enough time.
This is how I find more time to enjoy simple moments.
Just forgo it.
Does that load of socks REALLY need to be done right at this moment? Most likely not. Spend some time relaxing, watching Christmas movies and sipping hot cocoa. Go to the Christmas events in your city and just enjoy the simple moments.
I live in the desert which means it's always dusty and I feel like I am CONSTANTLY sweeping and mopping my life away. I have to do it EVERY day or I have a lot of dust built up.
No dust. No cat dander. All gone.
However I can save time so I can enjoy my simple moments makes me happy. I get frustrated because I feel like I just HAVE to do this and HAVE to do that when really, it can wait.
The simple moments with my daughter can't wait but the laundry can.
How do you find ways to enjoy simple moments with your loved ones?
