Gourmet Gifter is a really cool online shop. They offer really unique, delicious and gourmet items that you can give as gifts. As a matter of fact, they even offer gift baskets! As a self proclaimed foodie, there's nothing I love more than a delicious tasting gift and I love giving them.
I sampled their line of peanut brittle. As you can see from the photo above, the ingredients are simple and easy to read. I am not the best baker and I definitely have drama when trying to make candy. My sister in law is a pro but me? Candy thermometers are not in my drawer... just sayin'. I love peanut brittle but I find that store bought is so hit or miss. I love peanut brittle that is sweet, crunchy and buttery.
I *hate* the kind that gets stuck in my teeth.
The peanut brittle I received from Gourmet Gifter is awesome. The first bite was perfectly crunchy and didn't stick in my teeth. No fear of having a tooth yanked out with one bite. It was sweet but the flavor... oh my. It is so buttery, peanuty and it tastes fresh.
Two thumbs up from me.
