Cheesecake is a gift from the gods, then add the simple and incredible cinnamon sopapilla flavors and you have an amazing dessert. Believe it or not, this is incredibly easy to make and tastes like the greatest gift to mankind.
Sopapilla Cheesecake
Ingredients
8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 ½ Cups Sugar, divided
½ Cup Sour Cream
1 Tbsp. + ½ teas. Cinnamon
1 teas. Vanilla
2 Cans Crescent Roll Sheets
¼ Cup Butter, Melted
In a mixing bowl beat the Cream cheese
and 1 ¼ cups of Sugar until smooth.
Add in the Sour Cream, ½ teas.
Cinnamon and Vanilla stir until combined. Set aside.
Unroll 1 sheet of Crescent dough and
press into a lightly greased 9x13 inch pan, bring the edges up the
sides of the pan.
Unroll the second sheet of Crescent
dough and lay over the filling. Press down gently along the edges.
Pour the melted butter over the top and
spread over the dough with a brush.
Let cool to room temperature then
refrigerate at least one hour.
