So this past week has been a bit wild but I am glad it’s over. One of the best things that happened was I had my annual review with my company last week and it was a great review with really good feedback that I can use to move forward in my company. I even got a raise! Whoot! Haha.
On Friday night, we ended the week with attending the Ariana Grande “Dangerous Woman” tour which kicked off here in Phoenix. The opening acts were Victoria Monet and Little Mix. I thought all the acts were really good and the music was killer. Ariana Grande was AWESOME. Em had a BLAST and what made the deal even sweeter is we had a suite which meant no crowds and private seating. Totally felt fancy.
So, here we are- the weekend is over and it’s time to get back into the regularly scheduled programming. I still feel pretty lazy and wanted to make something that was fun and could be ready in 30 minutes or less and these Manwich Sloppy Joe Mini Pizzas were perfect and so easy that the kids can easily help make them!
I bought the large canned buttery biscuits, a pound of ground beef, a can of Manwich original, onion and cheese. That’s all that this easy weeknight meal needs! You don’t have to use ground beef- turkey, chicken, pork- they all work great!
How to make Manwich Sloppy Joes Mini Pizzas:
1 lbs of ground beef
1 can of Manwich original sauce
¼ white onion, diced
1 cup of cheese, I used mozzarella but any cheese will work.
1 can of jumbo butter biscuits, 8 count
Brown ground beef in a skillet until no longer pink, drain, and add a can of Manwich and follow the directions.
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Open can of biscuits and lay each biscuit out and press an indention into the middle of each biscuit.
Add a spoonful of Manwich in each indention.
Top with diced onions, cheese (I used Mozzarella but any cheese will be good!).
Bake for 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown and enjoy!
