#AD Quick Breakfast Ideas for Busy Families

Some days, I feel like I am always running around like an out of control tornado.  Our days start very early- Emma has physical, occupational and speech therapy three days a week at seven in the morning and the other days, she has to be at school at 7:30 am and the bus picks her up at 6:15 am. Yes, school starts really early in the morning in our school district.  It gets unbearably hot early in the AM.  I also have to get to work after this.  We get a lot done before 9 am!  On therapy days, we run out of the house, pop through a drive-thru, grab a cup of coffee for me/water for Emma plus something to eat.  I have made a goal to stop that.  The costs add up and it's just not good for you! I was trying to think of quick breakfast ideas that is not just cereal and Tyson Day Starts are a great option for breakfast!

I found Tyson Day Starts breakfast products in the freezer aisle at Walmart.  They have such a great selection of products and I couldn't wait to try them.  The flat breads and biscuits look so good and I had to try them!

I picked up both the Ham, Eggs, Cheese, Onion and Green Peppers flatbread and the Sausage, egg and cheese biscuits.  Yum!

We decided to try the flatbread first.
It comes with a crisping tray to keep the flatbread from getting soggy.

It microwaves in 1 minute, 30 seconds (maybe more, maybe less depending on your microwave)

The eggs came out nice and fluffy, the cheese perfectly melted and the flatbread nice and crispy with just enough chewiness to it.

We both ate ours with grapes.  I enjoyed mine also with coffee and she had some orange juice.

Such a good, fast and filling breakfast in under 5 minutes (counting getting the fruit and coffee ready!).  I am sold.  I really, really, really loved it.  As I said above, I have been trying to cut out grabbing drive-thru breakfasts and Tyson Day Starts really provides a really delicious and quick breakfast option! We all know... breakfast IS the most important meal of the day!
